I doubt you have - but in case you've wondered even a little about my general slackness, I think I may have mentioned that I had been doing a reasonable large (for me) commission job. Over the past few weeks I've been attempting to progress this from "in progress" too "task completed". My aim was to have it done before Easter, and I was finally able to finish it over Easter.
So here it is - a little earlier than the standard period of this blog - but I'm reasonably happy with it so I thought I would share.
A Squadron, 2nd Irish Guards - September 1944
Squadron HQ Troop (Shermans)
1st Troop (Shermans and Firefly's)
2nd Troop (As Above)
3rd Troop (As Above)
4th Troop (As Above)
Gun Troop, 153rd (Leicestershire Yeomanry) Field Regiment (Sexton)
Couple of other vehicles (White Scout Car & Humber Scout Car)
All models are by Battlefront - some with BF scuplted stowage others with stowage and other stuff scupted or added by me.
Like I said - I'm pretty happy with these - I just hope my customer is - I'll find that out shortly.
Thanks and have fun
Richard
(Now back to normal programming)
Slackness is an understatement! Is that all you've done? :)
ReplyDeleteSeriously, I think your client will be pleased with those. I would be. They look very good. Nice job.
Andy
Looks great!
ReplyDeleteYour sculpting is very nice.
The irony is that I am painting up my Irish Guars at the same time :)
